Privacy Policy

Fly, Roadster! ("the Game") is a free browser game operated by UBD Games ("we"). You can play without creating an account. This policy explains what we collect and why.

1. Information we collect

• Ranking records. To show the world ranking we store a random device identifier generated by your browser, the nickname you choose (up to 8 characters), your run result (distance, time, coins collected, cars and pedestrians hit) and your country (derived from your IP address by our hosting provider, used only to display a flag). Please do not use your real name or contact details as a nickname.
• Usage statistics. We record anonymous events such as visit, game start and game over, the device type (phone or PC), country, and the referring site or campaign tag, to understand how the Game is played and improve it.
• Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, which may set cookies and collect information about your visit (pages, device, approximate location). Google signals and ad personalization are turned off. See how Google uses data. You can block cookies in your browser or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Data stored on your device. Your best score, nickname, device identifier and sound setting are saved in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data removes them.

2. What we do not collect

We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, location permission, contacts or payment information, and we do not sell personal information.

3. Service providers

The Game is hosted on Cloudflare (servers and database) and uses Google Analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

4. Retention and deletion

Ranking and statistics records are kept while the Game is operated. To have your records deleted, email us with your nickname and the approximate date you played.

5. Children

The Game is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct or delete your data. Contact us to exercise them.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
