The Game is an unofficial, non-commercial fan game and parody inspired by public news about electric sports cars. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Tesla, Inc., SpaceX, Elon Musk or any other company or person. Names and likenesses appear for parody purposes only. All events in the Game are fictional; do not try any stunt from the Game in real life, and always drive safely and legally.
Choose a nickname that is not offensive, hateful, sexual, misleading or infringing, and does not contain personal information. Do not cheat, use bots, tamper with the Game or its servers, or submit fake scores. We may remove nicknames or records and block access that break these rules.
The Game's code, graphics, sounds and design belong to UBD Games, except third-party open-source software used under its licenses (including three.js, MIT License). You may share links, screenshots and videos of the Game.
