Tesla Roadster Simulator: What If the Roadster Could Really Fly?

The new Roadster was teased with SpaceX-style cold-gas thrusters, and Elon Musk has joked that it might "fly". Fly, Roadster! is a free, fan-made Tesla Roadster simulator that takes the idea literally: a 3D sports car that accelerates on its own, fires air thrusters to lift off and races over a jammed neon city all the way to Mars.

The flight model
- Air thrusters (FLY): holding FLY pushes the car upward with more than gravity. A full tank gives about 4.5 seconds of thrust and refills on the ground in a few seconds.
- Momentum in the air: there is no air drag once you are airborne, so speed you build on the road is kept while you fly. Steering in the air slides the car sideways instead of turning it.
- Automatic stunts: climb above 6 m and the Roadster does a barrel roll on its own; above 12 m it rolls again the other way, like the thruster demo videos.
- Ramps: solid wedges throw the car into the air along a real ballistic arc. The big red ramps launch you up to 20 m or more at full speed.
Speed and turbo
| Speed | |
|---|---|
| Rolling off the starting ramp | 91 km/h |
| Base top speed at the start | 108 km/h |
| Base top speed at 3 km | 209 km/h |
| With turbo | up to 259 km/h |
Turbo adds about 50 km/h to the speed limit and 70% more acceleration. You earn it from Elon heads, ramps and stomping car roofs, and it stacks up to 4 seconds.
Traffic and crashes
The city is full of cars, SUVs, trucks, buses and pedestrians, all simulated. Hit a car from the side and it flies away with real momentum — but you lose speed. Drop onto a roof from above and you crush it and bounce up. Heavier vehicles slow you down more, and every accident raises your police heat.
Physics-based endings
At 3 km the Mars launch pad turns every Elon head you collected into a booster. With enough boosters the Roadster reaches space and lands on Mars; with too few it splashes into the ocean, drifts in orbit or falls back to Earth.

FAQ
Is this an official Tesla Roadster simulator?
No. It is an unofficial fan-made game by UBD Games, not affiliated with Tesla, SpaceX or Elon Musk. Real car specs are not modeled.
Do I need to download anything?
No. The simulator runs in your browser on phone, tablet or PC using WebGL.
How fast can the Roadster go in the simulator?
About 259 km/h with turbo. The top players average almost 200 km/h over the 3 km run.
Can the Roadster really fly in the game?
Yes. Hold FLY to fire the air thrusters. You can fly over traffic jams, but watch out for Doges above 2.5 m.
Is it free?
Yes, completely free with no ads and no payments.
